Orders are sent via Australia Post Parcel and tracking is provided on all orders except free shipping items.
To track your order enter the supplied tracking number in the Australia Post website at http://auspost.au/track
Orders will only be sent once moneys have been received.
Please note we are just a small business and cannot be liable for any missing parcels - in the case of an order not received we will contact auspost to lodge a missing parcel enquiry and endeavor to have the issue resolved but we can only go on the information they provide us. Parcel Post does not include insurance. Please inquire if you would like to pay for signed delivery.
Made to order products or size requests that are not in stock may incur an additional international postage fee and may take 2 -3 weeks shipping.
Terms and Conditions
Cou Cou Baby Boutique only offer cash refunds for purchases that are defective or faulty. For all other issues, including sizing, we will happily accept returns and a store credit will be provided. Return requests must be logged via email within 48 hours of receiving the product. If return has been accepted, item is to be returned - with all (if any) tags attached, in original packaging and in unworn condition - and received back at Cou Cou Baby Boutique within 5 working days.
Please note: If item is returned without tags, packaging or paper work, Cou Cou Baby Boutique reserves the right to refuse refund/store credit or deduct a repackaging fee.
Clearance items and reduced items are not available for refund, return or exchange
